   My appointment with Kirsty was cancelled by text 90 minutes before appointment. I was in the car on my way and ended up in the salon before I knew. Appreciate Kirsty had a cold, but I waited a long time for the appointment and not to have been phoned earlier in the morning was disappointing. Esp when there is a 48hr cancellation notice needed from me. Didn't go very far either that the other hairdresser I dealt with in salon, didn't really apologise, when breaking it to me. Going elsewhere.

   I had a fantastic hair cut at the Wolf Pack today by the lovely Emma. My appointment was longer than ones I have had at previous salons, which was wonderful as Emma had the time to really listen to what I wanted and talk through my hair cut. She checked in many times throughout the appointment to make sure I was OK and happy with the cut so far, and gave me loads of tips on how to style my new hair. The salon was clearly queer and neurodivergent friendly which are both very important to me. Thank you Emma and I've booked in for my next appointment!

   Absolutely fantastic haircut by Shannon, by far one of the most talented stylists I've ever experienced. Shannon is an absolute diamond also and made me feel super relaxed and welcome, also helped out by the beautiful dog Melrose who loves a good tickle. Overall fantastic experience at this salon and absolutely will be coming back. ❤️❤️❤️
