“WOW !! Absolutely loved it !! The pool, showers and whole building is exceptionally clean. Water was lovely and warm. And the steps leading into the pool allowed my husband (who had sciatica) easy access into the pool to excersize. Anyone thinking of going you definitely will not be disappointed. “Nigel and his team have been amazing. They are always cheery, their attention to detail is second to none and Nigel is a real problem solver. We have had the old 1970s pool redesigned and upgraded but Nigel as well as advice and maintenance. Can't recommend this team enough.”

“Great pool. Lovely temperature. Good set up as 2 changing rooms used alternatively. Shower a shower gel and shampoo so no need to bring your own. Hairdryer and mirror. Lovely big toilet. Pool has great access and you hold the handrail and walk down the steps.”

“Unfortunately couldn't spend as long here as would have liked. Understandably but without forethought closed part of this morning for remembrance day. Managed to wonder round inside afterwards and was guided expertly by 1 of the tour guides to the locations of the 2 people's graves/tombs/plots we we're looking for. Glad we went back after remembrance and most definitely worth the £5 each charity donation. The building itself is in excellent condition considering its 900 years of existence.”

“After spending 3 days in this place I can say it is amazing. I had a lot of fun. Plenty of places to have a quick snack or pizza. Starbucks coffee at the side of the pool. Plenty of places to sit and eat your own pack lunch if you prefer.”

“Just started as a regular swimmer- lovely, clean facilities. The 1.20m deep pool is warm and relaxing- encouraging for folk who haven’t swam for a while (a bit rusty!). Changing rooms are large and generally group/family shared. Great fun having the pool to ourselves.”

“My Gt Grandaughter and Grandson go here, grandson almost 12 years now. Julie is amazing, they learn so fast and in such a fun way they don't realise. She is calm patient, not only a swimming teacher but she goes into ,brain function, Co ordination issues, offers exercises to do at home to help any issues. Incredible.”

“Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed! Unfortunately a lot of the stalls were closed due to horrendous weather over the weekend, but it didn’t dampen the experience. The majority of the indoor stalls were still trading, and we had a browse and purchased a few lovely items. Will definitely be returning in the summer for the full experience!”

“A lovely swimming pool. Parking outside the door. The pool water is lovely and warm ...very clean. There are changing rooms and free lockers. There is a small children's paddling pool separate from the large pool. The deep end is 1.8 mtrs. The pool closed on the 4th Nov for maintenance until March 2025. Cost is £5.50 per adult for as long as you like. It's well worth a visit.”

We take our daughter swimming frequently, and on this one particular occasion, she was struggling after a hard day at school. Jane took the time to come over and see if she was alright. She was so empathic and kind. We feel lucky to have such an excellent gym with lovely staff on our doorstep. Thank you.”

“Overall one of the best health clubs in Norwich. Great facilities, top gym equipment, nice pool area. Management of the club has definitely improved, maintenance issues are now dealt with quickly. Staff very friendly, Abbie in sales was very helpful. Only issue seems to be short staffing at weekends in Kitchen/Bar.”
