Room was great, we took our own. Service fantastic, we looked after ourselves, after a friendly welcome from the site staff. The location is great for walking, especially into the City of Norwich.

Dog friendly, we had 3 nights no EHU for £40. Lots of buses nearby and about 45 min walk into heart of Norwich. Staff on site lovely and friendly. Hairdryer in shower block. Free WiFi, good tv signal. Will return, thank you.

We stayed on site from 2nd Aug 25 for 3 nights. Whilst the site facilities are dated they are very clean. Both wardens Sharon and Billy do a brilliant job maintaining them. They both go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant as possible. It is about 30min walk into Norwich with the bus stop a short walk from the site but they are few and far between about 1 every hour. Thanks Sharon and Billy for a pleasant stay.

The site is coming to the end of it's tenancy (unless renewed), so I can understand why the site hasn't been updated; the facilities although very clean and tidy and 'out of date' (to say the least). To make-up for the facilities, the guys running the site were a scream; they were super friendly, very helpful and always on hand if there was any issues. There is a short dog walk, which leads along water and is very 'chocolate box'. Although limited shop on site, there are a few shops just outside the site. Although there is a bus stop a short walk away from the site, it doesn't take too long to walk all the way into the city.

The site is very tired, the facilities date to 1960s/1970s. Only two showers and two toilets in the gents. Current site manager doesn't really communicate with campers. Norwich is 35 min walk, but the best is the riverside walk, very enjoyable.

Great campsite - generally quiet - and the staff were super helpful. There are only 2 showers, but it was never a problem- always one free whenever I went. There is the occasional noise from the road in the near distance and the odd train - but it’s in the city so wouldn’t expect the serene quiet of the country side. About 5 minutes to the nearest big supermarkets and retail stores and 8 minutes drive into the city centre. Norwich is usually quite a busy city so expect one or two traffic queues. Will definitely be coming back here!

The ground on the lower field has not drained the rain water so it was a bit waterlogged. Site could do with a few hard standings as there aren't any. A wate water drainage point for motorhomes would be more helpful.

Location is great for city centre. We used the bus but in better weather we may've walked. The site itself though is desperately in need of a refurbishment! The showers are certainly worse for wear. They are cleaned regularly as best they can be but they're not very inviting. In wet weather the site is very muddy as there are no proper paths. It has a hotch potch layout too in the field we stayed in. As it is now I wouldn't stay again.

Great site not huge so worth booking in advance. You can hear traffic and trains but not enough to be a problem. Toilets always clean but beware they really do close for an hour each morning!

Very warm welcome. Ideal for visiting the city centre. Lots of nice walks nearby. Will have to agree with other people, only 2 showers, 1 very small but on saying that, the showers were hot and powerful. Just a note, no where to dump motor home grey water. Nice stay here
