We recently stayed at Yare View for my partners birthday with our toddler. We stayed in the nightingale cottage, and it was perfect. Claire was really helpful on arrival. The cottage was spotless and cosy. The hot tub was a lovely addition, and we used this often. The ducks coming to visit every morning were a welcomed sight for our 3 year old. We got lucky with the weather, so this was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely place on the River Yare,a small row of cottages overlooking the river. We stayed in Cuckoo which is a one bedroom cottage. It consists of a lounge/diner/kitchen and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We really enjoyed it and will probably stay again. The added bonus is a hot tub at the rear of the property which is completely private. Welcome pack of the usual bits, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid etc and a bottle of wine and a packet of crisps, very nice.
Had an absolutely fabulous stay in the Nightingale cottage! Everything we needed was provided and the office was manned 9 to 5 every weekday in case we needed anything. The hot tub was easily big enough for the four of us but would definitely fit six people as the capacity suggests. Lovely enclosed garden areas with night time lighting. Beautiful views of the marina from the front of the cottages, and we were often visited by some very cute ducks. The location was perfect for us, plenty of parking available and Brundall Gardens train station was a short five minute walk away. Trains into Norwich were hourly. All in all, a wonderful stay at Yare View and we'd happily stay here again!
Such amazing accommodation, better than the pictures. Hot tub and garden area were bigger than expected, we hired a boat and we would highly recommend this, it was the best day out we've had in a while!! Most of all, Claire who works there is amazing, she went above and beyone to make our time there a good one, definitely an asset to the company!!
Best Mother's Day weekend ever at the beautiful Yare View Cottage with stunning views of the River Yare. Just the place to relax and unwind.
Love this place. LOCATION 5/5: Very easy to get to, close to the highlights of Norfolk and secure. VIEW/VIBE 5/5: Got taken for a surprise weekend and stayed in Woodpecker which has an amazing 90 degree view of River Yare and the boats. It's lovely to wake up, have a Nespresso on the decking with the sun rising. As the sun sets, it's ideal to be in the hot tub with the music on. The place is clean and modern. SERVICE: Clare is 5 star on service, fast, polite and personable fulfilling requests with ease. OVERALL: It must be amazing in the Summer and would love to go back.
Second time staying in this lovely cottage & we weren’t disappointed very relaxing lovely private garden with hot tub used the bbq this time the staff were quickly connecting the gas as soon as we requested Claire was so helpful & kind nothing was too much trouble will certainly be visiting again
The location feels remote, but is only a fifteen minute walk from Brundall. The accommodation was clean and generous and the kitchen modern. Wi-fi was excellent, and the TV had Netflix included. The hot tub was a big hit.
So quite and relaxing. House was spacious downstairs, kitchen clean and equipped with a welcome pack. The bedrooms were just big enough and little hanging space. This wasn't a problem. Downstairs bathroom, clean and equipped. Hot tub was a lovely private area and well maintained. The view at the front was of boats and the river, a lovely area to sit.
