Wouldn’t camp here again. The actual ‘working’ marina resembles a scrapyard and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. This also surrounds the campsite so not a great outlook. The whole place needs a major tidy up and with a bit of work could get back to what it once was, a tidy and efficient working marina. I think some reviews are confusing locations and are relating to the free mooring and picnic area in Loddon which is well maintained and completely separate to the marina and campsite.

Very pleasant area. Had a boating holiday and we stayed in the Marina. Showers/ toilets were super clean for a small fee to use. Shops, pubs and bus service very good.

A lovely place to walk. Clean and most people mooring a boat are very friendly. Just difficult to walk far as closed off.

Nic quiet little marina with access to toilets and showers. Small village with convenience stores to grab the essentials with takeaways, Indian restaurant and a couple of pubs. Ideal for a spot of fishing.

Nice quiet free mooring, with water, toilets (20p) and shower (£2.50), and a variety of local shops and eateries. Stern-to mooring only

Such a beautiful village; great facilities and shops if you plan to Moor its free, lovely narrow waterways, so worth the twists and turns.

A lot better than many of the reviews, it is a working boatyard and there is some messy bits. Loddon is a lovely little town with some decent pubs, a Chinese take away, the chip shop, a good Indian restaurant and some nice cafes. Recommended.

I enjoyed my walk around the Marina. There were some fishermen trying to catch some fish. There is a parking lot right there and the first two hours are free. Clear and detailed map of the town hanging near the entrance, and clean public toilets. Little tea shop right accros the street.
