We stayed in one of the saver caravans, and it was mostly clean, just a few cobwebs here and there, but nothing major. I actually work as a caravan cleaner myself, so I understand that small things can get missed sometimes. Overall, the caravan was well looked after with no stains or damage. There was no Wi-Fi or phone signal inside, but that’s to be expected in the area. The holiday park itself is lovely and really well maintained, no rubbish anywhere! The staff are super friendly and everyone says hello, which makes the place feel very welcoming. It’s a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing break. As vegans, we were really happy to see vegan options on the menu, but there were a few small mix-ups. Our “vegan breakfast” came with an egg, and when we ordered a vegan dessert the next day, the chef had to check what ice cream was available. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would’ve been nice if they’d double checked before bringing it out. The shop on site also didn’t have many vegan options, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if the shop sold more wildlife food, like bird seed and squirrel nuts. There are loads of bird feeders around the site, but most of them were empty. When we were leaving, we spotted an injured duck and reported it to reception. They said a ranger was aware, which was good, but personally, I think it should have been seen by a vet or kept in isolation until it recovered. Overall though, it’s a lovely, clean, quiet, and friendly park, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Had a great stay. The caravan was spacious and clean. It was in a quiet location and nice surroundings. The takeaway food of pizza and fish & chips worked well. Only strange thing was that on one night we went into the main restaurant, found a table, ordered and paid by using the QR code on the table, the food and drink arrived promptly and we were very pleased. The next night we were told we had to be seated by the waitress, and then we waited a long time to have our order taken and the food to arrive even though the restaurant was less busy than the day before. Then we waited a very long time to get the bill. It was all very strange compared to the experience the tedious night (a Monday and Tuesday).

My wife and I wanted to book somewhere different and exciting for our toddler's 2nd birthday, so we decided to go with Haven Wild Duck. We arrived on September 19th, 2025, stayed for 3 nights, and went with the saver option. The caravan was clean and comfortable, a little basic but this was to be expected with the saver option. It turned cold during our stay, so we were pleased to find the heating panel easy to use and the caravan warmed up very quickly. The site itself was lovely with little woodland paths, two play areas with a variety of equipment for different ages, as well as a small pond with ducks (a toddler favourite). We didn't use many of the amenities but visited the pool twice during our stay. We liked the fact there was a separate shallow toddler pool with its own slide and water toys to enjoy. Despite the pool showing fully booked on both occasions, we were pleased to find it was quieter than expected.

Just got back from an amazing family holiday. Caravan stayed in with a silver with a beautiful balcony, No 36 Swan. Nice and rustic, also had a bath which is rare for a caravan. Lovely and roomy, was a joy to stay in. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to put your head down. As for the park, I have been to all 4 in the Great Yarmouth area, although not kitted out as much as the others, this one has hit me and the family as the best and well worth going. Shop on site reasonably priced and other stores near by as well. The only thing that could be better on the park, would be the additon of a soft play but other than that....it was awesome, and no not being paid to say that. Surrounded by nature, peaceful, calm and easy to relax here. I strongly recommend this park. We will definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful site - set among a beautiful woodland - very peaceful and relaxing. Lots to do for families. Our caravan was in immaculate condition with new carpets and facilities throughout. Everything was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived and all the staff members were very helpful. We had a fab time den building with Ranger Mike and the pool was great - especially the slides. We will be coming back to Wild Duck. Thank you for having us!

Just back from a week away here. It's very reasonably priced, the caravan was a basic one but it was immaculate on arrival. The free activities were really enjoyable for the kids especially the nature trail which we all enjoyed. The evening entertainment is good and the staff are friendly. It's got a decent pool and slide. My only negative would be the sitting duck restaurant which was not great on the couple of occasions we went there. Overall really happy and we are looking to book something next year.

Stayed at the wild duck Friday-Monday. The caravan was absolutely lovely! Very clean and spacious. My children had a really nice time for there first little getaway. The site was great, it was lovely walking around it felt like a little town with how the shop, restaurant and takeaways & swimming was laid out. I have to say that I think the site is better for older children, mine are 3&2 and there wasn’t a great deal for them to do, the park was limited as a slide was broken, we went swimming and they loved it but couldn’t go down the big slides as were to little. The activities were more for older children but we still had a great time off site doing different things. The people and staff on site were so lovely we didn’t want to go home. Overall I really recommend the wild duck if your looking for a little break away or even a week or 2, you won’t regret staying here! The duck pond on site makes it even more enjoyable, we visited the ducks more than once and it was a cheap but fun time! Thank you for a great holiday
