“I had to take our dog in last minute to be put to sleep as he was very old and unwell. We were looked after by Roy, who was incredibly patient, calm, and compassionate throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made an extremely difficult moment feel a little more bearable. We couldn’t have asked for a better vet during such a heartbreaking time. To make it even more special, a card arrived in the post today with our dog’s paw print on it — such a thoughtful and touching gesture that meant so much to us. Thank you to Roy and the whole team for your kindness and care.”

“Chose to ignore the bad reviews and go try for ourselves. Soo glad we did. Great holiday. First holiday as just a couple with our 18 month old. Very quick straightforward check-in. Caravan very clean on arrival, smelled fresh. Nice and warm, heating system easy to use. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the pool. Good free activities on with their tots week for my 18 month old. Soo convenient being able to park outside your caravan. Nice food and drinks at the boathouse restaurant, reasonably priced and free food for kids during the tots break with good options available for them. Shirley-Ann in particular was really helpful and approachable at the bar, but we didn't have any bad interactions, everyone would give you a smile as you went by. Didn't get to see the evening entertainment at the show bar, but there was something on every night. Easy checkout process. First holiday with parkdean and will 100% be coming back.”

“For a total relaxing break can definitely recommend this place. When we first arrived had to wait for the electric gates to open so we could drive in. There is a ramp to the entrance if you are in a Mobility Scooter or Wheelchair. The first thing that we noticed was all of the certificates that Decoy Barn had won. How perfect the Breakfast room was. We was asked if we wanted a drink by the Owner. To which he went and made us one straight the way. There was a lovely garden for us to sit down in and enjoy. The room itself was really nice. Decoy Barn is a little way out and only does breakfast. To get something to eat requires a drive. Just Eat will deliver but we had a long wait due to Getting a driver to accept the order with it being in the location it is. The room does have a mini fridge. We was given a wide range of Breakfast to choose from including Smoked Salmon. All cooked fresh. Catch the video on our Youtube channel.”

“About 8 months ago I purchased three guinea pigs from this friendly place. All of them were in excellent health and have grown into beautiful adults. Recently I purchased two more babies to introduce into the colony. Both were healthy and have added to the pleasure of keeping these delightful little animals. The cavies and rabbits were all kept in good conditions and well fed. I had a good look at all of them and all the animals were obviously very well cared for. The owner was friendly and helpful and obviously cared for all his stock. As a former breeder, show prize winner and judge of guinea pigs I would highly recommend this breeder to anyone.”

“We had the 2 x course Sunday roast, £32 per head. Fabulous food - I had roast beef and chocolate peanut butter dessert.. one of the best meals I've ever had. Book early as it's very popular.”

“First visit. had to bring my dog in for a suspected infection today, I was so upset and anxious for my dog and because of m/h issues. But the receptionists were lovely and genuinely have a love for animals. When we got seen by the vet, she was really nice and gentle to my dog. And explained everything that she was doing step by step. And answered all our questions and concerns. and now I'm back home knowing my dog should be better in a couple of weeks. I honestly don't know what I would of done without their help. I have been off work for m/h for months and couldn't afford to take her to my usual vets. Which I felt so ashamed about, felt like the worst owner ever. But they didn't make me feel like that.and I was able to get my dog the help she needed and for alot less. Me and loki thank u all a million times over. When I get better I want to do something for this charity especially this clinic. We are lucky to have them.”

“Great little pet shop in gorleston. We got 2 baby guinea pigs, the lady who served us (Jill I think), was very knowledgeable and asked us a few questions before we could take them. The shop is a bit rough around the edges but has everything you need. In terms of prices, they are about the same as pets at home.”

“Great shop, saw a sign on the main road and turnt round to have a look, had a great selection of camping and gardening supplies and one of the guys there even done us a bit of a deal on a windbreaker we were looking at, great customer service from everyone we saw and spoke to and would highly recommend. “Just got back from an amazing family holiday. Caravan stayed in with a silver with a beautiful balcony, No 36 Swan. Nice and rustic, also had a bath which is rare for a caravan. Lovely and roomy, was a joy to stay in. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to put your head down. As for the park, I have been to all 4 in the Great Yarmouth area, although not kitted out as much as the others, this one has hit me and the family as the best and well worth going. Shop on site reasonably priced and other stores near by as well. The only thing that could be better on the park, would be the additon of a soft play but other than that....it was awesome, and no not being paid to say that. Surrounded by nature, peaceful, calm and easy to relax here. I strongly recommend this park. We will definitely be returning next year.”
