A retired friends dog was very old and health issue's had caught up with her and sadly she had to be put to sleep owing to organ failures. The staff were compassionate and helpful.

Very helpful. Very friendly. Good with the pets. They seem to be thorough with no "misdiagnosis" like some places. Reasonably priced. Easy to get to. Ample parking.

First visit. had to bring my dog in for a suspected infection today, I was so upset and anxious for my dog and because of m/h issues. But the receptionists were lovely and genuinely have a love for animals. When we got seen by the vet, she was really nice and gentle to my dog. And explained everything that she was doing step by step. And answered all our questions and concerns. and now I'm back home knowing my dog should be better in a couple of weeks. I honestly don't know what I would of done without their help. I have been off work for m/h for months and couldn't afford to take her to my usual vets. Which I felt so ashamed about, felt like the worst owner ever. But they didn't make me feel like that.and I was able to get my dog the help she needed and for alot less. Me and loki thank u all a million times over. When I get better I want to do something for this charity especially this clinic. We are lucky to have them.
