He took the time to explain everything clearly and made an extremely difficult moment feel a little more bearable. We couldn’t have asked for a better vet during such a heartbreaking time. To make it even more special, a card arrived in the post today with our dog’s paw print on it — such a thoughtful and touching gesture that meant so much to us. I honestly don't know what I would of done without their help. I have been off work for m/h for months and couldn't afford to take her to my usual vets. Which I felt so ashamed about, felt like the worst owner ever. But they didn't make me feel like that.and I was able to get my dog the help she needed and for alot less.
