   Not caring people at all. A nurse from there knocked on our door to tell us that seagull had been injured and had crawled under our car. We are both in our late 70's and I am recovering from a recent cataract operation. I don't know what we were supposed to do but these 'caring for animals' people did nothing, along with the RSPCA and the Local Wildlife Charity we rang: all begging for funding all the time but do nothing! We will have to wait until the fox rips the poor thing to bits as soon as we go to bed! Disgraceful!

   A very kind practice with supportive staff. I found an injured rabbit by Dip Farm car park and Coastline asked me to bring it to them for treatment. The rabbit couldn't be saved as it appeared to have two broken legs, however, they were very quick to end its suffering. Thank youfor all your help.

   Amazing treatment for my late boy smudge. He was a poorly dog most his short life and he was well known at the village rise branch. He was looked after so well. But especially by nicky. She was amazing with smudge Thanks everyone for all you did for my boy.

   Carlton Colville Surgery Just in it for the money. Terrible reception staff. DO NOT USE NO MATTER WHAT . ONE NIGHT COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Over £1800 , want 50% upfront , no Negotiations, Don't care about your circumstances or cost of living situation devoid of understanding ,care compassion, badger and aggressively pursue for payment. Would give minus 10 score if available.

   I didn't take my cat here as they wanted £130 for double vaccination. Another vet quoted £83 which is closer to what I expected.

   On arrival the staff on reception were friendly and reassuring as I was very anxious about my cats. .unfortunately I was treated coldly and abruptly by the actual vet who would not answer my questions and would not engage with me or even smile and make eye contact on arrival! The assistant on the other hand was very professional and reassuring. Sadly I may not be returning with my beloved cats
