Fantastic vet so helpful took my poppy there was quite worried. All blood tests done staff and vet were exceptional.
We've used these vets for years for our two dogs. Staff are fantastic, vets themselves are competent and caring as are the reception staff. My criticism is of whoever sets the prices for their medicines. After a blood test on our dog, we were recommended and sold some liver supplement tablets for £120. Wanting the best for our dog we paid it without fuss, believing that this must be a reasonable cost. We later found the same tablets on sale at Pets at Home for just over a third of that price, £46. As unfortunately our last dog has now just crossed the Rainbow bridge and these supplements were one of our last interactions with the vets, we've been left with a sour taste in our mouths and will probably be looking elsewhere for vets for our future pets.
Absolutely fantastic experience with the team here. Always made to feel very welcome and the care and support given is second to none. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who may need them.
Our Lurcher Milo is incredibly anxious when at the vets , making it highly stressful for him even to get onto the scales and walk into consulting room however today Vet mr Shahram with his very slow calm gentle approach managed to to do all sorts of tests including a blood test , temp and prostate check with minimal resistance from Milo . Very impressed
I have used Coastline vets for 10 years up until my lovely boy Bandit died 6 1/2 weeks ago. He had excellent care at all times through his life thanks to the vets and nurses. The receptionists have always been lovely and caring too. Thank you everyone there you were wonderful.
My experience with this service is A****++++, My dog Jax was in a bad way with his fractured Jaw. Resulting in him needing ugent surgery. The nurse Ann in particular went out of her way to help us, coming up with solutions and was very supportive throughout. I couldn't thank Ann enough, She's definitely is in the right job as she generally cares about animals and even in her spare time, she's helping animals in need. Honestly what a kind woman, I would also kindly like to thank all the staff on that day xxxxx
Just collected some antibacterial ear drops for our dog after test results came back with bacterial infection diagnosis. £50.31 for a bottle of 25ml ear drops - which can be bought online for £13.20 + £18.00 prescription charge. I really think that your customers should be given the different options of either buying direct or obtaining a prescription. This is after our £240.00 consultation which included sending a swob sample off. We love our pet however it's a sad state of affairs when greed comes before animal wellbeing You are not a small company with your multiple branches.
Lovely surgery. Friendly and pleasant staff very helpful. My caf was in for his first health check and vaccinations. Vet treated him with dignity and respect.

We can't thank Coastline Vets enough for everything they did for our beautiful Molly in the 3 years we were lucky enough to have her in our lives. They acted professionally, kindly and compassionately towards ourselves and her. They never spoke down to us despite us being younger owners (something that friends have struggled with at other surgeries) and always answered questions thoroughly and without judgement. We feel comforted that they did all that they could for her in her final days and we were treated with empathy and compassion when we lost her. I always recommend them to friends and family and think that if you're looking for a Veterinary Surgery that you need look no further. (We used the Village Rise and Carlton Colville branches.)
