Absolutely fabulous veterinary surgery. We took our cat in an emergency and they saw him straight away. Calm, considerate, kind, patient and really listened to us.
Fantastic vets, these amazing people saved our dogs life and we will be forever grateful for the support and kindness they have shown
Really shocking… my daughter had a poorly puppy that cost us a lot in vets bills and wasn’t treated where she was able to be alive. My poor 16 year old daughter got a phone call the next month saying she needs to book her puppy in for injections when she is dead. We phoned the practice asking them to change the phone number on the account and not phone her again. To our absolute horror they phoned her the next month and left a voicemail that she received just before going into an English GCSE exam to say that her puppy was due vaccinations. Each time they called or left voicemails they used our puppies name. So much distress that we didn’t need to have when we were trying to heal. Please if you read reviews be more mindful and considerate of people’s loses
Friendly staff and are very welcoming. Some people say three rivers vets is expensive... but in my opinion there isn't much difference to other places. I would highly recommend
My dog had a CT scan here today and the staff were very patient with me calling and checking up on twice. When i picked him up, our transport back to Norwich fell through and the receptionist and vet nurse were so lovely, helping me ring round taxi services and offering water and a blanket while we waited for pick-up. They absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you very much.
Had need of the emergency out of hours centre when my spaniel chocked on a pigs ear . Was concerned that I would have to go to a hospital centre in Gorleston. Shouldn’t have worried! Wow that guy was on the ball and so kind and generous with his knowledge and bedside manner! I’ve experienced several clinics over the 40 years I’ve owned working spaniels and none have been better ! I thank him and so does Evie ❤️Miguel

Most of staff are really very very good but Had Male vet who said my Persian cat had cancer and 5 months later is still playfull and happy and no sign of cancer. However, I will still give max of 5 stars as rest of staff are smashing.
Staff very helpful, polite. Building clean,well laid out. Pricey but worth it.
We cannot praise the staff, vet and nurses enough at Beccles. We were on holiday in the area in our motorhome when our 12 year old Doberman became very ill and sadly we had to have her put to sleep. They very caring and understanding as we were only in the area for a few days. They arranged an urgent cremation and we were able to collect her ashes before we left Beccles so that she could continue our holiday with us. Thank you once again.
