“I feel so fortunate to have this veterinary service within walking distance of my house. They are responsive and friendly and completely professional. Importantly, they have never proved a rip off. As someone on a low income who lives alone, it is almost prohibitively expensive to have a pet for company. This is sad because when you are alone, a pet friend is the most wonderful thing to have. When my dear cat, Barry, has got himself in a pickle they are always on hand. Some of his pickles have been expensive and this cannot be helped. But Miramar in Sheringham have supported me in keeping him healthy and when there are procedures that require more than one pair of hands such as applying flea treatment or, as today, clipping a matted dreadlock of fur from under the long haired beast’s armpit, they have assisted me simply as a gesture of goodwill. Miramar make having a pet companion possible for me and I am very grateful. Thank you so much to everyone at the practice xx”

“This is not our usual vet as we are not local, and used in an emergency, but we wish it were. The out of hours service was second to none. From the first phone call to the end of treatment we received an immediate and impressive service and were kept informed throughout. Being allowed to visit whilst our dog was being treated & monitored, receiving phone calls through the night was such a peace of mind. I’ve never experienced such good service from a vet. I’d highly recommend.”

I also forgot to charge my phone before coming out, so Emma on reception raced around trying to find numerous cables, from other members of staff, for me to charge my phone, so I could get petrol, as I had driven in on a near empty tank of petrol. She said I could pay over the phone when I got home. Ive been going here for nearly 14 years and they have been consistently great. Totally recommend!”
