   I would like to say a huge thank you to Lina from Vets4Pets, Hall Road, Norwich. She has been an absolute pleasure to see with both of my cats, Jasper and Junior. She has supported not just my 2 cats, but also me, as I've been a blubbering reck both times. I cannot express my gratitude towards her but also the wonderful staff on the reception. Lina took the time to explain everything throughout, and supported both my cats with care that any pet owner truly deserve. Thank you.

   Took my cat Mavis in to be neutered and we had a great experience. All the staff were so friendly and she received the best treatment. We are so happy with the aftercare plan the vets have given us and the support they offer. Thank you to everyone at Vets4Pets :) would 100% recommend.

   Switched all three of our cats here today as rates are much more affordable. I came and set up a healthcare plan with them for a really good price. I was seen by Matt, who clearly liked cats and had a great knowledge. Matt was great with our kitten and even our more grumpy old lady. Emma at reception was incredibly helpful and went through all the paperwork with us. She was friendly, comprehensive and did a great job. Would really commend switching here!

   All the staff are great. Over the phone, WhatsApp and especially in person. They are always patient and kind. Today I saw one of the vets, Melissa who was really helpful and informative. I also forgot to charge my phone before coming out, so Emma on reception raced around trying to find numerous cables, from other members of staff, for me to charge my phone, so I could get petrol, as I had driven in on a near empty tank of petrol. She said I could pay over the phone when I got home. Ive been going here for nearly 14 years and they have been consistently great. Totally recommend!

   The Vet Stephanos, is so good with my pets and knows how much they mean to my family. The lumps were noticed by myself very quickly and the vet got us in to see him so quickly. The procedure was preformed fast and the after care was amazing. Thank you Stephanos for your great work you do.

   Highly professional, knowledgeable The vet surgeon explained the surgery thoroughly and showed care for my animal. He also fixed my cat carrier for me to make it safe to use. There was some confusion around the final price, because I mistakenly believed my rabbits were on the healthcare plan but the receptionist assisted me with setting this up and were very helpful. Thankyou

   Lovely staff, lovely vets! My dog was hurt in an accident and cracked his head open - literally! (Butted heads with his best friend, a very sturdy Labrador). The staff were wonderful and helped us so much. Talked us through every stage of care, explained all the options. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation! My dog is now happy and healthy and back to his usual playful self.
