   Our dog has been unwell recently and has to have multiple tests. Each time we have been given a day when the vet will call back and without fail each time the day comes and goes with no call. I have to chase multiple times to get any response from the vets despite their multiple promises to call. This delays treatment to our dog and means she is unwell for longer. The mark up on drugs they sell is astronomical, recently they wanted £46 for 50 tablets, when the exact same 50 tablets pack was available on Amazon for £22. Getting an appointment at the Dereham branch is tricky and we have often had to end up going to Fakenham branch instead. Of course when it comes time to pay they are very efficient in getting their money. No delays there.

   I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents they sadly had to say goodbye to Tara our much loved family dog the care that was given by the Dereham grove was outstanding the staff were very compassionate and gentle and the ashes received back quickly along with paw prints and a beautiful verse very much appreciated this kindness at such a difficult time Kind regards Mr and Mrs Spidy

   My little one is so well looked after here. The staff are amazing and always remember their clients, the vets are also so informative and handle our precious fur babies with love and care. I normally speak with Samantha on reception and Ginny cares for my fur baby. They are actually all amazing. We are always greeted with smiles. Lovely team of people who are all passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

   I very seldom leave reviews, but on this occasion I felt I must let other animal lovers know what a fantastic vet The Grove is! Today I took my small year old dog for his annual check up. It was a pleasure. The vet Ginny Fellows, was absolutely superb. She took the time to answer all my concerns in detail, was knowledgeable of the breed and was very professional and friendly. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, pleasant in every way. The surgery was clean and well organised with a separate cat waiting area. Thank you to all the staff a pleasure to visit.    Excellent service, lovely staff too. From reception through to the vets, all the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Rosie my young JR is new to the experience and has been put at ease very quickly. Recently spayed, the service was amazing. Very neat and clean wound, with perfect aftercare. Vets rooms and reception are very clean and bright. Would thoroughly recommend Grove Vets, and I know Rosie will always be welcomed and well cared for. Thank you to all at Grove.

   I wanted to add, that this is hands down the best vet I have ever dealt with. Not only did they come out to put down our elderly dog, but sent a loving card. That was so thoughtful. Shame I can't give 6 stars. Fantastic.
