Rip off £50 to register. Non refundable apparently. £50 for what!!!!. Don't bother going to the one at dereham.
We took our elderly dog Archie in to be euthanised today. The staff were so supportive and caring and helped us through a heartbreaking situation. Thank you guys !
We have both our pets registered with this veterinary group for a long time and we are very pleased with the care the vets and the nurses provide to each of them. The quality of services improved a lot in the last three years.Our dog has a serious medical condition and is on a long term medication. His vet is always extremely supportive in how to mange his condition the best. He always listens to our concerns and helps us with the right advice, showing care and empathy. The reception staff is nice and welcoming. Thank you Old Golf House.
On Monday I had my handsome boxer put to sleep. One of the worst decisions I have ever had to make. The staff and vet were amazing. They showed so much compassion and empathy. The procedure was done with utter dignity and respect to us and our boy Stan. Thankyou so much for making a terrible and devastating situation bearable with your kindness x
*Edited to add this was the Watton Branch* Quoted £2600 for an operation for my cat which I naively agreed to as I was desperate to get her out of pain. The operation was cancelled the morning of her appointment as the vet was off sick again. After frantically emailing other vets in Norfolk, Knotts Yard performed the operation the following day for £650. Nearly £2000 cheaper than what Old Golfhouse had quoted. Given 2 stars because for a duration of 5 weeks I had to bring my cat into them multiple times as she was very poorly and the vets who assisted were very good with her. But unfortunately I have lost trust in the practice as a whole due to the reasons above and have moved both of my cats over to Knotts Yard.
Everyone I have spoken with recommends, even rehoming centres across Norfolk all mention this vets. Waiting to bring the latest member of my family home, then will be registered with them.
Great service. Excellent vet. Very caring. All staff helpful. Very poorly old dog given all options with no pressure. Would definitely use again. Our old friend has made a good recovery.
cannot fault them, my GSD gets very stressed under new situations & at our recent visit they allowed us to go straight into a room at the back & as a result, he had a fantastic visit & we were able to sort out his issue
