   After being told on the phone whilst my dog was struggling to get her 2nd puppy out. The choices were £2000 payable on the night for a c section or sign my dog over to yourselves (as you put it my dog would then become your dog) even offered a payment plan but rejected it. NOT ONCE asked us to come in so they could at least try manually grabbing the puppy out! Absolutely disgusting!!!!! No care for animals just interested in payment! After another call to taverham vets and a trip there! The puppy was manually grabbed out NO CHARGE!!!! And delivered her other puppies perfectly! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! You should be ashamed of yourself who was on call that night on the out of hours team!

   Very poor service. Had an appointment made a week prior for our dogs check up and some issues, and when we arrived, you have to wait outside as the door to the building is always locked, you have to phone them to come out. After several attempts to call with no answer, the receptionist came out and told us there is no vet available. When we said we have an appointment she simply said “I don’t know, it must’ve been cancelled, I’m on my own, there’s nobody else here” What’s the point of a vet surgery without a vet?! So we were just turned away. Very poor, won’t be using again. - update to the owners response: have phoned the number provided, and was told there is nobody around to discuss the matter, and to try calling Watton. Did as advised, and was told the same thing, and to call Thetford. Cannot be bothered to chase this down any further. Repeatedly poor service!!
