Best experience with cat pyometra surgery. All of the nurses were so sweet and caring towards us and our cat. Especially Dr Victoria, she performed a perfect surgery and saved our cat. Thank you sincerely from us all.
Poor Winnie had a run in with a wasp. I called the vets when her faced had nearly doubled in size. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me in right away. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and super helpful when asking any questions.
I’m only giving this one star as there is no option to give zero. If you are an animal lover , AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS. I brought my sick cat into vets on a saturday at 9am (he had been to the night vets previously ) to be advised there were no spaces. I had to demand that he was seen . The receptionist was rude and dismissive, lacked any empathy or compassion . I also heard them berate another pet owner once they had left . My cat ended up in intensive care at a specialist vets in Newmarket and sadly passed away. This organisation should be audited by the relevant authority . It absolutely does not have animals at the heart of what it does anymore .
I went to the vet yesterday and was absolutely delighted! Angelina is so lovely, and I really appreciated being able to speak with her in our own language too. It made such a difference for a first visit, which involves lots of questions, it was a real relief to check with her everything clearly! The place is very welcoming and full of friendly, attentive professionals. My little girl was truly spoiled by the rest of the team, who were waiting for us to finish our appointment, they were excited to meet her and shower her with cuddles! Highly recommended!
Both our dogs are with Chapelfield Vets. Very good service. Just call to book in annual appointments. I get regular texts when I need to order or administer medication to the dogs. We pay the pet plan and get the boys nails trimmed with them as part of this service. Staff are always friendly and make the boys feel at ease. The waiting area has a quiet section as my dogs tend to bark. They offer cleaning up facilities in case the dogs accidentally wee. All vets have been super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable with any questions We have had to use them as an emergency once before and they were so helpful.
Over several years I have found Chapelfield Wymondham to be excellent. Very helpful and cheerful reception and admin staff. All the Vets I have seen for both routine and emergency treatment have been superb. Highly recommend.
All staff very helpful and efficient. Whenever I have telephoned to make appointments, they are friendly, sympathetic and helpful and always polite, and endeavour to give options for the best outcome for me, when appropriate. The surgery reception area is very spacious so animals are separated from each other and there is a screened off area as well for nervous and/or noisy pets. It is thoroughly clean and hygienic. The whole atmosphere when I’ve been to the surgery is friendly, calm and efficient and there is an obvious caring attitude for the animals and their owners from all the staff.
I have always received excellent care from ALL the staff I have come into contact with in the last 15 years that my cats have been registered with Chapelfield Vets in Wymondham. I live 11 miles away but I don’t want to change to a more local vet! These folks are the Cat’s Whiskers
This was our first visit, dog inoculations as only moved to Wymondham recently. Impressed with the waiting area as very spacious and my 3 dogs soon relaxed. All staff were very polite and took their time to get to know my dogs.
