   I honestly cannot speak higher of a vets than these guys. I have unfortunately lost 2x pets and the kindness that was shown was next to none. They are compassionate, patient and tried to make the whole process as painless as they possibly could. Thank you for being brilliant ❤️

   Highly recommended! I don’t even know where to start—my experience with this veterinary clinic was exceptional from beginning to end. The receptionist was incredibly kind and did everything possible to find an urgent appointment for my unwell pet (Smokey). Once we arrived, the nurse who saw him was attentive, compassionate, and explained every step of the process clearly, including the urgency of the surgery and all the associated risks. They even provided detailed information about another clinic as an option, but also walked me through the prices and process if they were to perform the surgery themselves. After the procedure, Dr. Rob came to speak with me and carefully explained how the surgery went, what to expect afterward, and any potential risks—which I greatly appreciated. Even though it was already past their closing time, the nurses Chloe and Georgia took the time to explain all the medications, and make sure I fully understood the aftercare. The follow-up checks were just as thorough. Each nurse was attentive and genuinely caring. I cannot recommend this veterinary team enough. They were professional, detailed, transparent about prices, and truly dedicated to making sure my pet was well looked after. Highly recommended!

   Great, kind and friendly vets. Reception staff generally good as well. Severely let down by their booking system. You have to phone at the beginning of the day to book an appointment for the same day. No advance booking available. Multiple times I phoned at opening time, waited on hold for 20mins, only to be told no further appointments for that day available. Left the practice for a different vets that was able to provide an appointment same day and does do advance bookings.

   We have been with what’s now called Vets 4 Pets for over 20 years and cannot fault their dedication to the pets under their care. Rob, Riann and their team are outstanding in their compassion, understanding and clinical expertise and we’re so very grateful for everything they’ve done for us over the years, especially their support over these last few months which have been particularly challenging for us with 2 of our cats. It’s made a difficult time easier to bear.

   The hardest day as a pet owner is the day you reach that awful decision to finally say goodbye. I didn't get any sleep the night before contacting vets4pets and was very anxious about what might happen. The person I spoke to on the phone was so kind, she made me an appointment straight away and said that they would be ready for me. I didn't have to wait at all to be called through where my cat and I were treated with the utmost respect throughout by both the vet and nurse. We haven't lived here very long but have had very good treatment with each of our pets here and this experience was no different. Goodbye dear Rosie

   We were really impressed with the service we received. Everyone involved with our dog’s spaying procedure were absolutely brilliant and very professional. Whilst our dog was at the vets, we were kept updated on a regular basis. They were very thorough explaining the aftercare and have answered our questions about our dogs aftercare very efficiently and effectively. Rob the vet who performed the spay did a great job and we are very appreciative. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care our dog Honey received.

   We had to have our beloved dog put to sleep last week, (17 years old) The staff at Vets4Pets were amazing, let us spend long as we wanted with Benny before he was put to rest. Rob was truly amazing and compassionate. Would highly recommend.

   Very good staff. Nice clean environment. Plenty of seating. The surgery is located upstairs in Pets at home but there is a lift so disabled access is not a problem. The downside is that it's extremely expensive. We took our cat there with an eye problem. For the vet to have a 5 minute look and do a blood test it was £183.00. I'm dreading the thought that our cat might need an operation.

   All staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My cat had wet herself in her carrier and reception staff immediately found a nurse who offered to clean the carrier up, which they did. We came for a sit and wait appointment as the issue was an unforeseen emergency. We only had to wait an hour, despite it being extended busy. I have since telephoned as I was worried about how the cat’s abcess was looking. I asked if I could email photos as I didn’t want to put the cat through another vet trip if it wasn’t needed. I was emailed a response quickly, with plentiful advice from the vet who had seen the cat, which saved me time and money. Vets4Pets is giving me great service for my three dogs and many cats. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. I only wish we had transferred our animals to them sooner, rather than waiting for several major concerns to arise with our previous vet. I cannot praise the vets, nurses and reception staff enough.
