   Just like other reviews, we were staying close by on a weekend getaway when my dog suddenly became unwell. We called Miramar who got us in and seen within 15 minutes whilst also dealing with other emergency’s. Everyone was lovely and calming, done all the work for us to have his details sent by our normal vet and made sure we were comfortable. Once in the consultation room the vet was friendly and knowledgeable, checked him over found the issue and gave us some medication for him. The treatment we received throughout all our interactions couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much.

   Outstanding service. Was on holiday when my puppy took ill. The level of service was outstanding. Everyone was helpful. Milo was taken from me and had checks which took the worry and strain off me. The idea of a triage nurse is brilliant. The vet then came and explained everything to me. If you are a Sheringham or local resident I cannot recommend them enough. I came away feeling calm, understood. Thank you all very much

   We visited Mirimar vets whilst on holiday as our dog had a sudden allergic reaction. They were absolutely brilliant - everyone was so kind to our dog and the vet spent a good deal of time talking to us and caring for her. The treatment and medicine they prescribed was spot on as within 24 hours she was looking and feeling so much better. We are really grateful that she had such good care - thank you to everyone involved!

   I feel so fortunate to have this veterinary service within walking distance of my house. They are responsive and friendly and completely professional. Importantly, they have never proved a rip off. As someone on a low income who lives alone, it is almost prohibitively expensive to have a pet for company. This is sad because when you are alone, a pet friend is the most wonderful thing to have. When my dear cat, Barry, has got himself in a pickle they are always on hand. Some of his pickles have been expensive and this cannot be helped. But Miramar in Sheringham have supported me in keeping him healthy and when there are procedures that require more than one pair of hands such as applying flea treatment or, as today, clipping a matted dreadlock of fur from under the long haired beast’s armpit, they have assisted me simply as a gesture of goodwill. Miramar make having a pet companion possible for me and I am very grateful. Thank you so much to everyone at the practice xx

   In a panic about one of my rabbits, I secured an appointment online at very short notice. The reviews were excellent and my own experience matched those online comments. The vet clearly explained what was needed to help Bucky and after a couple of hours I received a call to say he was ready for collection. They had even brushed his fur and clipped his nails. I have 6 pets altogether and will happily return here in the future. Thank you :-)

   Whilst on holiday, we were very pleased to arrange same day appointment for our poorly dog, Ruby. The vet we saw was very kind and alleviated Ruby's pain there and then with a massage! She then took time to show us how to do it ourselves for the future. Thank you!

   I called, they answered, I asked to be seen on the day, they made it happen, I made a mistake going to Cromer Branch that was closed, called them, they changed my appointment to give me time to get to the Branch in Sheringham, once there they treated me so well, friendly, gave me attention to everything I asked for, it didn't take long to be seen, the lovely nurse was loving and kind, looked after well my dog, asked to check my dog's ear too and they made that happen, I felt they were like Santa, making our journey easy and wishes coming true. That is all that I ask for, to be seen and treated my dog and I well, with care, love and respect, and they did. What else to ask for. I highly recommend Miramar practice and everyone that work there. Didn't catch everyone's name but the receptionist booked us again with Dr Charlotte, hopefully I wrote her name right. She is amazing, very caring, an important ingredient to have so we can feel comfortable to leave our pet with them. Thank you thank you thank you xx we are grateful.

   Recently registered my new puppy with Miramar veterinary practice in Sheringham. The staff were very welcoming on our visit and the vet was very calm and relaxed with my puppy as she was initially nervous. We had a very positive first visit and I am glad I have registered my puppy at this practice
