I was very impressed with Toll Barn Vets today (not having used them before). I was directed to them by Wild Touch Rescue, as I had an injured wood pigeon in my garden. The Reception team were very helpful and the bird was examined by a compassionate vet within 2 minutes of me showing up! I will definitely be recommending this practice.
I wanted to say "Thankyou" to the team at Toll Barn Vets today for delivering so sensitively and professionally some very bad news. The lovely vet took the time to seek a second opinion and explain the issue and options in a detailed and informative manner which really helped me understand and come to terms with it. I really appreciate it all.
We were visiting the area on holiday when our beloved elderly dog sadly passed away. Santi was so kind and caring and helped us with sorting his cremation. The whole team were so kind, I knew they would look after him. His ashes are beautifully packaged which we shall hold on to for a while before scattering in his favourite place. I felt the team went above and beyond with their care and compassion and feel so grateful they were the ones to help us in this sad time. Thank you.
We cannot thank Faye and the team enough for all they have done for Tony over the years. The team are all really lovely and are clearly passionate about what they do, there is no one we trust more to look after our much loved pet. The biggest of thanks once again! :)
The staff are helpful and courteous. They are kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I trust my two elderly dogs to their care without concern.
I wasn't registered to toll barn vets, I took my 12ft reticulated python there with a severe bite from another retic snake. They looked at him and helped as soon as a vet was available. Very friendly, I will now stay with them with my snakes. Highley recommended Thank you so much
Can not recommend them highly enough. From reception to the nurses to the vets.We moved here with our dog (previously diagnosed with cancer) their care has been amazing. We had to come to the heart breaking decision to let him go. Ellis was amazing from start to finish. Gave us all the time we needed to call our daughter etc. she quietly gave us all our options and Baxter left us so peacefully which is all we could ask for. They called us a week later to let us know that when we were ready, we could collect Baxter’s ashes. This was followed by a card of condolence and some forget-me-not seeds, just so lovely after such a sad time.
Took my dog to get spayed and was given a quote in writing after she was weighed by the vet nurse. When I went to pick her up the price for the operation had been increased by £30; apparently she had put on weight whilst waiting on a no food/water diet for her op. She had also been given “extra” pain and anti sickness medication which I was charged extra for. One would imagine the cost of all medication would be included in the quote. They seem like a good deal but that is only cos there are so very many hidden extras. Go to a more professional practice and don’t give these scammers your money.
I can honestly say out of the vets I have been to with my animal's toll barns is the best vets I have come across they're reasonable priced their service's are brilliant the staff are really friendly and very compassionate when it comes to having to put your pet down. They honest do show that they care about animals. I couldn't recommend them enough.
