I took my cat Flick for his routine check this week and I believe the clinician we saw was called Leanne. What a lovely lady! I’ve always thought very highly of the staff here but this lady really goes the extra mile! She is such a credit to this practice. Thank you from myself & Flick x

Had a brief visit here during our stay in town. Lucy our miniature schnauzer was met by a lovely vet from Melbourne who really impressed me with her professionalism. Reception staff are still getting used to the new software installed but have found time to be polite. Lucy and I say thank you to all of you.

Amazing vets. Full of nice, professional people. Been my parents vet for many years and has been ours for a few years and will remain so. Janina & Mark (Micky).

Always and friendly and positive welcome, sometimes, us humans get the same treatment as our pets! We have a lovely black Labrador, he loves the vets since we've been at the Bridge, he knows that if he goes and gets weighed straight away on arrival, he'll get a treat! I tried it, but got nothing! He races into the vets consultation rooms and just snuggles into the vets, not many dogs do that! He might just be a tart! Since Bridge were taken over, their prices seem to have come down slightly, so most vet bills don't scare me as much now. BUT, you still need a small mortgage for most treatment!! Overall, excellent veterinary practice.

Posting on behalf of my mum- Have a 4 month old puppy that needed his second vaccination. Had an early morning appointment but was still left in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I had a 5 month old baby with me and they could see that and made no effort to keep me updated. The vet that administered the vaccination was very short with me to the point where it was almost rude. To top it off, when I was about to leave, I was presented with the collar of the dog that I had previously had to have put to sleep some months previous. At the time of this, I made sure the vets knew I wanted to collar left on the dog in question so that she could be cremated in it- it was sentimental and meant a lot to me that this was done. To only now find out my wishes were not met is heartbreaking and has caused me a lot of distress. I have used these vets for years and years but I will never return. Beware using these vets!!

If you're on holiday and need a vet don't bother with this one because they can't be bothered. Our dog was stung and showing signs of distress, panting, etc. As we are on holiday a few hundred miles from our own vet we wanted to make sure he was okay. Having called in hoping for a veterinary nurse to give him a quick 5 minute look over (certainly wasn't planning to take up much of their time) I was told they're too busy to see him. I'm not sure how veterinary practices are run in Norfolk but back home up North our vets are well staffed and would have made the effort to have a look even if we'd had to wait a little while.

What an experience I’ve just received! I took my 3 month old puppy in to be checked over due to a running green mucus coming from his nose, temperature and lethargic! To be told he had an object lodged up there and he would be given anti inflammatorys to help. Was reassured it wasn’t contagious so no need to isolate him. We are now 5 days down the line and he’s given this to my other dogs, one who is pregnant! So I called the receptionist and asked to be seen, and didn’t think it would be necessary for another consultation fee to be paid due to totally the wrong diagnosis. I was then booked in for an appointment to then be told they are unsure what it’s is maybe just a cold and he would need antibiotics! As I was paying I was told it was £60 for the antibiotics! After asking to see the invoice they had actually charged me for another consultation and antibiotics on top. I was more than happy to pay for the antibiotics but not for the consultation as it’s not my fault he was diagnosed incorrectly! The receptionist agreed with me and told me to take it up with the practice manager! I think it’s absolutely disgusting how you can get it so wrong and then be charged again!

Incredible vet very well priced. Also they are very good with ferrets. Marco is incredible and knows everything a vet should know about these complex creatures. Have had 2 surgeries (a castration and a vasectomy) and no complications whatsoever.
