First time we left our cat at Pennybeck and it was fantastic and owners are lovely. We asked for an update while we were away, and got a quick response which was nice. The place is very clean and our cat was very happy when we picked him up, he was well looked after. Thank you so much, we will be using Pennybeck again!

Sheila and Trevor have been a godsend. We are moving house and skimble was initially booked to stay for a week... a week turned into 2, then 3 ..and now a month later still waiting to move (hopefully in next few days). It has been one less stress to know our boy is in the best place, with caring people who obviously love their job and care deeply for the cats they look after. Polite, flexible and understanding. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else xx
We left our Maine Coon with Sheila and Trevor who cared for him brilliantly. As this was our first time ever leaving him, they gave us updates on how he was doing. He returned to us very happy, well cared for and they had also brushed his long fur as well. We are already booked in again for the summer. Thank you for looking after him.
Regularly use here when going on holiday. Lovely setting and they really care for the cats. Our cat seems well looked after and settled. Have no concerns with her having a holiday there
We have taken our cat now cats to pennybeck for a few years now whenever we have a trip/holiday. we find the owners very friendly and professional the enclosures are always spotless. They are both so kind and gentle with our cats we wouldn't use any other place for our precious cats .
Quite simply, Sheila and Trevor are wonderful! Would not leave our cat with anyone else. Kind and loving, they are both dedicated to giving cats in their care the best experience possible while they are away from home.
The care and service offered by Sheila & Trevor to both myself and my cat Bond has been exceptional. Bond had to have a feed tube fitted the day before he was due to stay for a week whilst I was off on holiday. I took him to the cattery and explained the situation and fully expected them to say sorry but feeding him 4 times a day by syringe would be too much and that I would need to take him home and cancel my break. Instead they relished the opportunity to learn a new skill and after I had explained the process and left links to YouTube videos they happily accepted him. On my return they asked me to attend at a feed time so they could demonstrate what they had learnt over the week and help me transition Bond to being feed by me at home. Bond is a Bengal and the vet always says how hard he is to handle so to see him jump up into Trevor's lap to be feed by syringe was truly heart warming and I will always be grateful for the time and effort they were willing to put in to care for him. I couldn't recommend Pennybeck highly enough, true cat people who really do go the extra mile to care for your cat. Trevor wasn't even allowed a glass of wine during Bond's stay in case he needed to be taken to the Vet he is currently under as its a 60 mile drive away.
