So kind and professional. We’re really happy with this Vet Practice, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Biscuit loves it there too.
I can’t recommend Catton Vets enough! The staff have been so lovely and helpful right from the start, even before I had Norris. The lady on reception was amazing she explained everything clearly and sent me all the info I needed. When we went in, everyone was so kind and made such a fuss of him. They were really attentive, especially when he was a little nervous, and even brought in another nurse to help calm him down. Once the treats came out, he was totally fine! I’m no longer worried about taking Norris to the vets because they were just so lovely. Highly recommend Catton Vets!
The staff are always friendly and happy in their work. They care greatly for my pets and treat them and myself as individuals and show care and consideration for me too. I won’t be leaving to go to another vets anytime soon
I had previously left a review for Medivet Catton and have decided to update it and to thank the friendly and helpful staff at this practice. When I arrived in the UK almost 9 years ago, I registered my two cats here at the recommendation of a neighbor. In that time, the desk staff, nurses and vets have been so kind and patient with our pets, my partner, and myself and always prioritized the comfort and wellbeing of our cats and now our senior dog, as well. Thank you!
I came in Wednesday 15th Feb with my boy Chester who was very poorly. The lady receptionist was so warm and friendly when I was in bits. After talking with the vet Chester and I went home with meds unfortunately my boy passed away Saturday but I know myself and the vet did all we could. I wouldn't hesitate using this amazing vets again a fantastic team thank you
We love the staff at Medivet Catton, they're always so caring and kind with us and our animals. We always feel like our pets are safe and getting the best possible care. Always a pleasure to see the staff who always make us smile. A great practice to go to.
I love this vet my pooch Sally loves her visits too enjoys meeting the staff they always make a fuss of her. Thankfully she hasn't gone for any medical treatment only for her flea tablet which they administer for me as I have trouble doing it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make lots time for my little nutter lol who is full of beans. Always happy to give advice as Sally is a very very very fussy eater. I think I have it cracked now she will only eat chicken
Always great with my animals. Excellent lameness diagnosis and recovery advice for my sports dog this year. Also brilliant this week dealing with an emergency injury.
Fantastic vets. Took my pup in for his vaccines, the vet was really helpful especially with the amount of questions I had! Zero had his ears cleaned too and a good thorough health check! First time I've been to a vets and not felt judged. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming! Other staff also came out to meet Zero! And took him off my hands for a while (hes heavy at 11kg after a while) so I think he got to meet everyone! He was very relaxed and happy as was I. Highly recommend thankyou all!
