Last Friday unexpectedly we have been told that our cat is very ill and with devastation we had to agree to put her down . While the vet is preparing our cat for the fatal injection, receptionist came to the waiting room and said “ she is a fighter, isn’t she ? She won’t give up!! “..we couldn’t believe what are we hearing, it was the last kind of words any upset pet owner to hear , as we were kind of feeling guilty to make such a sad decision. Pebbles was our cat last 18 years and very important part our lives. Her words were most unkind and horrible thing to say , no empathy, no respect and no feeling sorry for my pet and us .. This woman shouldn’t be working in front line and customer service related positions as her attitude towards us was very unkind. I already made an official complaint but no response from the Tree river Vets yet . I hope with this review they will take their customer services more seriously and provide proper trading to their staff or employ the right kind of people for such an important position.

Nice staff. Like most vets very expensive since being bought out by global conglomerate. In this case IVC. Such umbrella companies are currently in the spotlight for massive profiteering. Hopefully, they'll get their wings clipped and prices will come down.

Visited the Poringland branch for Bob's vaccinations. The practice is very bright and friendly. The vet we had was informative and thorough with Bob's check up and also stated the prices.

We've recently moved to the three rivers practice for our cat and dog and I have been very impressed so far. The vet was very thorough in comparison to our previous vet. The receptionist and I think veterinary nurse who were at the front desk were super friendly too.

Cannot rate poorly enough. Poor care led to removal of my dogs eye when it could have been saved. Terribly handling of my concerns and non existent aftercare by the team. If you have any concerns about your dogs eyes then go straight to a specialist, do not rely on Three Rivers Vets having the answers or the expertise to help, they will likely muddle through then end up remote eye. Complaints procedure also concerning, complete denial of any wrongdoing despite it being abundantly obvious. There are better vets than others there, but I wouldn't ever take my chances with them again. I was previously with Companion Care at Pets at Home and will be returning there after this debacle.
