Absolutely appalled, after a good relationship being the “go to vet’s” I've sadly recommended, very rude and obnoxious receptionist, and same sort of attitude from the vet when he discovered we’ve taking our custom else where. Rest Assured, those recommendations have been corrected. I recognise this may be an isolated incident but i can not reward such disgusting lack of manners or compassion with repeat custom.

Staff great. Vet great. Very convenient. Consultation fee is going rate, tad high maybe. Meds at around £40 for 3-4g is higher than elsewhere but not uncommon sadly in this industry.

My little RSPCA rescue had to go in to be spayed here three weeks ago. All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful, but I can't thank Angela enough for the whole process and her help in the few days after Nelly's op when she was really poorly. Nelly has now totally recovered. Thank you.

Very caring vets very good with my cats and have helped both smudge and taxi through a few difficult times. The only suggestions I would ask is monthly payments by direct debt as cost of living now is hard and harder when it's time for treatment and spending £100 in one sitting on low income is hard other than that perfect

The staff were all good at explaining things and particularly the vet (Emma) when she rang give us blood test results and to explain treatment options.

Lovely staff reassured me as i was running late due to bus, moved my appointment and still saw me! So pleased as my cat had made the journey already. The vet was so friendly and attentive to me and my cat, explaining older age cat care and care packages. Really good team at Longwater vets

The vet gave my cats a good check over , one had messed in his carrier and the vet kindly washed this & him and gave me some 'bubble bath' to help wash him once home. he needed some dental work doing and a quote was sent so I could pass to my insurance company and given advise on how to reduce the plaque for the future.

The whole experience from arranging my pets surgery to the day of the operation and follow up care was excellent and could not be faulted. The reception team and nursing staff were highly courteous and knowledgeable about my dogs requirements. WE have already recommended this practice to other dog owners. Thank you

When your pet is ill you take them to the vet, yet on more than one occasion I have been let down by this branch, when they tell you it's an emergency, on the phone, on arrival, at the rear of the practice, they make you wait over an hour until there see you is absolutely disgusting, resulting in a death of my animal. 1 minute after he had passed away only to keep asking you to pay the money that have already said no problem I will pay please can I have 5 mins crying, in this distressing time is in my opinion SHOCKING. Next time I visted asking them for a simply receipt, of what I had paid for asking me why do I want the receipt. About a week later received a letter stating that they will no longer provide care for my other pets that is over 14 years, I called to speak to the manager of the practice, I was told that we have no trust in them, I wasn't rude or aggressive, all I asked for was a simply receipt. I have been banned for life.
