   I took my cat to this vets due to extreme recent weight loss. Fiona, the vet we saw, was so kind, caring, compassionate and thorough, keeping me updated throughout. She seems to really care about the outcome for my cat and has gone out of her way to try to help to find out what is wrong so we can treat it. Sometimes I feel vetinery practice, not specifically Taverham vets as I've been to a few surgeries in the past, seems like a money making business although this time I really feel like the well-being of my pet was at the very heart of everything

   We saw the vet Henry today and I just wanted to comment on how great he was with my dog, often people are frightened of him because he's big and noisy but Henry kept calm and was really great at making my dog feel comfortable, making both mine and my dogs experience at the vets a great one, so thank you very much!    Absolutely wonderful practice. They saw our sick pup the same day as we called up. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, as were all the staff when our doggo was worried and scared about his injection. Fast, friendly, informative staff and nothing was too much of a problem. Would definitely recommend!

   Very supportive when my young rabbit had a stomach upset. They were very helpful and understanding on the phone when I called to get advice when new symptoms arose, even late at night. The vets were considerate and handled a very nervous little bunny with care. Overall lovely service, where both the vets and receptionists saved me money where possible, whilst keeping the health of my bunny the main priority.
