“We went to Halfords in Great Yarmouth today to look into the possibility of buying a new bike for our 12-year-old grandson .we really didn’t have very much idea of which was the best bike to suit his needs .we were extremely impressed by the knowledge of Wes , the assistant who helped us. He gave us all the information we wanted and more besides and was very knowledgable about the whole range of cycles available . feel we have made an informed choice and have bought the Cycle based on durability and longevity as our Grandson grows . “After a bad experience in my local Norwich store due to issues with a bracelet I purchased with them. I travelled to Great Yarmouth to make a purchase. The lady Stephanie who was amazing went above and beyond in helping me today with my purchase and also has helped resolved my issue I had with my bracelet. Outstanding customer service, 100% better than my experience recently at the Norwich branch. The store is small and was super busy but the staff were great. I Highly recommended this store.”

“IVONE was absolutely brilliant with our choosing our glasses, she was so good in helping me choose the right size and colour glasses to suit me.. When we went back to collect our Glasses Joe was very patient and extremely helpful with us getting the exact size and feel needed to wear them.. I would not hesitate in recommending them to our family and friends.”

“Nice friendly staff, just moved to the area and needed to return an item to Amazon. Got it done no problem, seems to sell alot of items for decent prices. I think they don't accept card payments though, which is a bit inconvenient. If I'm wrong I apologise. They actually do accept card payments, but you have to be spending a certain minumum amount of £3.”

“Accommodation was perfect condition and size for 4 adults and a child, dog friendly all around the park, indoor and out, and Accommodate all housing equipment that you wouldn't normally expect. Staff are friendly, but we're times we had to wait to be served, or desks were empty. The youngest (4) did the paddle boats, but was the only booking at that time, so was provided extra toys to play and just swim and do things at her own pace. The lifeguard (Alex) was absolutely lovely and engaged with and helped when needed Highly recommend!!!”

Stan and his incredible shop and team from the offset make you feel welcome and listened to on what you have as you vision for your next tattoo.
