“After a bad experience in my local Norwich store due to issues with a bracelet I purchased with them. I travelled to Great Yarmouth to make a purchase. The lady Stephanie who was amazing went above and beyond in helping me today with my purchase and also has helped resolved my issue I had with my bracelet. Outstanding customer service, 100% better than my experience recently at the Norwich branch. The store is small and was super busy but the staff were great. I Highly recommended this store.”

The price is amazing, you can chat as much as you need to, it's hygienic and I always feel so welcome. It's the only tattooists where I have more than one tattoo from. It's also a 90 minute drive away from home but it's so so worth it, 100000% recommend.”
