   I rarely write reviews but was very impressed when after trying to pick up an order on men’s wear at Gapton hall it couldn’t be found, until Martin on menswear remembered seeing my name on a package that was not in the usual place so he took the time to find it for me. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service ! Especially with Christmas approaching Thank you Martin next are lucky to have you.

   My brother in law wanted to access the toilet in next in Great Yarmouth, which s part of Costa it was locked and required numbers to open the door. I asked an assistant what the number was, her reply was it is on the receipt, from that reply I gather that you had to buy something In Costa to get the number. I phoned my son who had just bought a pair of shoes from next for £42.00 to bring his receipt up to me.. on looking at the receipt it had no number how disgusting it that? My brotherinlaw has Dementia and cannot and did not understand why he could not get into the toilet. All I can say to the man who came out of the disabled toilet and left the door opened for him is thank you.

   Made an order online, on 25 decemer to pick it up on 28 (to jave it for new year) but i got an email that it will be late so it will be ready on 2 of january. On 2 of january i go to shop to be told that the delivery is planmed for saturday 6 of january... i will never again look to buy from next. Extremly disapointed. Not recomended. Stay away if you need your sh*t in time
