“My cat has recently seemed to be a bit off his food so I thought I would go and ask for some advice. When I walked in the store there were a couple of young ladies on the till who immediately greeted me as I walked in. I went over to the cat food and I noticed someone putting some items on the shelf so I asked them if they could help me. His name was Josh and I explained what was happening and he made some suggestions that I could consider, no hard sell or anything. I chose what I wanted and when I went back to the till a lovely girl called Darcy served me who was really smiley and happy. Great service.”

“I had an accident in France this summer resulting in 2 sprained wrists, the hospital removed my wedding ring in case of swelling. After returning to England I had a scan elsewhere so left it off.
