Would highly recommend Gorleston SS’s all the staff super friendly and Mark was honestly brilliant throughout my whole visit
Unfortunately for me the Optometrist failed to recognise that the reduction in eye sight i was experiencing now as as thing called YAG which is a condition that can arise after having LENS Replacement Surgery. I made the Optometrist aware that i had had surgery in 2024 and was experiencing a reduction in vision... he advised that the surgery had a negative impact on my eye sight, but failed to recognise that this was caused by YAG (a condition that is not unusual after this surgery). I organised a further appointment with Optimel Express who diagnosed the issue immediately and have now put me forward for a laser cleaning procedure with the NHS.
I gave a 10 because my child has ADHD and everyone he saw catered to his needs and made his appointment very comfortable for him
I hadn't been to Opticians about five years. When I phoned up to book appointment, the person was very helpful on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment one of the staff took my name and showed me to my seat, Happy and helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
Great team, excellent eye health tests and super helpful with the new prescription and lenses type! Their second pair for free offer is always a nice bonus! Highly recommended.
My son Hugo saw Amy today for a sight test. She was so professional and so friendly, I left his sight test feeling very aware of what tests were done and why, and had a full understanding of his eye report. Such a credit to the team. We have visited several times and the whole team have always been so lovely! Highly recommend! *****
Appointment with Linda in the hearing department today as she had ordered me some new ear-pieces to fit on my new aids. Excellent service as always from Linda, highly recommended.
