I asked for specific flowers and colours for a wreath and sent a photo of one I had seen online, but left it up to them to do their thing. The wreath was absolutely beautiful, stunning. Many people commented on the flowers at the funeral, even one of the ladies who worked for the funeral home. “I completely like co-op near the tramways on stratbroke road. Most of the staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful. And I couldn't wish for a better down to earth fantastic store however there is one staff that sometimes likes to throw the money in my hand when I pay at the tills. and sometimes not always polite.i don't know if this staff had a off day . All I can say is if any staff has an off day is best try not to show it and take it out on the customer's it can come across as very uncomfortable.and may put customers of on coming back and it goes to us customer's to we understand that staff may have an off day we all do and the staff is in their rights to not to serve customers that can be rude .but not all customers are rarely rude.we just like to say hello shop and go . But I completely like this store of co-op and will continue to shop at co-op I just hope that this continues to happen .and it is just a tiny mistake and we all make mistakes .the important's of this that to learn by the mistakes.and being friendly and polite would help customer's to come back to the store.”

“We came for shoe measurements and school shoes the 21st Aug, Wed 2024. I lost the little card to give feedback but I wanted to say the service we had was amazing! We got stuck in traffic coming across the bridge so rang up to say I was going to be late, the lady who answered the phone (Zoe maybe) was so kind and lovely and said don't worry we will be here when you get here and you won't miss your appointment. We did arrive on time, thankfully. Zoe welcomed us and was chatty and helpful. We were seen by Trinity and she was so good with the kids (i have 3) we were happy with the service and shoes. “Easily found off of the roundabout. It's quite a large dunelm, and I've found it to be impeccably tidy, compared to other dunelms I've visited. The car park outside is large, and free, and Asda is opposite. Inside at the back right you have a small cafe, and a toilet. An extremely large bedding section. Definitely one of the best Dunelms I've been to.”

Popped in to see if these guys could help and found exactly what we were looking for with the added bonus of it being a sofa bed! We popped in the next morning to pay and booked our delivery. We had our sofa delivered nice and early the following morning. The guys were so helpful and friendly. Called to let us know they were on their way. Would definitely recommend their services and great choice in second hand goods.”
