I have been trying for 5 days to contact the shop to find out what time the blind fitter will be coming tomorrow. What is the point of having a phone number if no one answers. We have absolutely no idea what time to expect the fitter tomorrow. They couldn’t help when I went to the shop, they just told me to call. It’s really not good enough. .
We had a trip to dunelm on Saturday 9th of August looking for a new mattress. They didn’t have a super king out which is what we wanted. I asked a colleague called Ben in the Lowestoft store and he went out of his way to go upstairs and look for us and he luckily found one and it made our day. We were then looking at bath towels and wanted 2 orange bath sheets but there was only one on the shelf so we approached Ben again and he was happy to go look out the back for us again. He also found an orange towel as well so we could get the towel set we wanted. We were extremely happy with the service Ben gave us and he also carried our mattress out to the car for us and also helped my partner to get it in the car. It was lovely that he went above and beyond to help us and it’s very rare that you get such a lovely service nowadays and would highly recommend Ben on his customer service. He was also very polite, friendly and had a sense of humour which was lovely.
Easily found off of the roundabout. It's quite a large dunelm, and I've found it to be impeccably tidy, compared to other dunelms I've visited. The car park outside is large, and free, and Asda is opposite. Inside at the back right you have a small cafe, and a toilet. An extremely large bedding section. Definitely one of the best Dunelms I've been to.
Dunelm is a lovely store. They sell lots of homeware along with a variety of other things. I bought some bedding, which was categorised by colour.
There were only two staff members in the cafe, but the man who served us was so polite, despite being rushed off his feet. We did feel for them, as they were trying to serve an ever increasing queue, cook, and clear tables! They are a credit to their employer and could really do with some more help in here!
Great shop and it's good to go and see what you can order on line. A good sized shop with a comprehensive range of what they do with great bedding, lighting, everything you might want for the home. Staff were very helpful.
A good selection of soft furnishings to be had here. Good quality bedding and an excellent selection. There is also a handy selection of kitchenware and items for the home plus a very popular little cafe. Staff are polite and helpful but you will be asked for your email address by the cashiers at the tills. This you can politely refuse to give unless you like to receive emails of course.
Luke at the Lowestoft store was about to go off duty but went above and beyond to find a rug I wanted to buy. 10/10 for his patience friendliness and tenacity. If employee of the week is such a thing he is it! Please pass on my thanks for his help
