   Flawless and brilliant service from first phonecall to delivery. I cannot recommend Online Ergonomics highly enough. Suzi dealt with my order from start to finish. I was originally told to buy from another company but they lost me on the first phonically, during which I was told to "email our sales team". Suzi, on the other hand, couldn't have been more helpful – or patient with my (endless) questions. My new sit/stand desk and office chair have just been installed by Carl (I also love the fact that Online Ergonomics use their own installers, rather than contracting the work to hit and miss subcontractors). He talked me through all the functions of both items and was quick and courteous the entire time. The quality of the products is exceptional – and I genuinely can't wait to use my newly refreshed office!

   Absolutely terrible experience right from the beginning to the end. Beware! Once you pay the company doesn’t bother with customer service. Horrendous to arrange a suitable delivery date or indeed have any communication with Chris. The fitter made a big mark on my wall as he wasn’t careful and online ergonomics can’t be bothered to make it good. This was over a month ago. I would avoid this company at all costs.

   Out of the four people I have dealt with from this company, I had a bad experience with one member of the Online Ergonomics team (professionally, not personally). The first person who came to set up the table and chair was amazing, he was caring, considerate and compassionate (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). He made sure that I was happy with every aspect and didn't make me feel bad when I asked to put it back to how it was originally. He was easily the best fitter I've had in the house. Unfortunately I then had some trouble, my fault not theirs, and the person I spoke to over phone and email was very helpful and empathetic and didn't make me feel like I was being pedantic. They reassured me and vowed to fix. The next person let me down a few times, (out of character for the company so far) and I was fed up with it so I got through to the MD Matt. He was so genuinely upset what I had been through, he made sure he went above and beyond to fix it. He was honest and told me exactly how long it may take to order the parts in and he kept me up to date with the whole process. He did a follow up a week or two later, and you can tell the difference between a person doing his job just for money, and a person doing his work to make a difference. He and the other two I encountered set out to make a difference for me and they all delivered. I can't recommend them enough!

   Not the best by any means. The communication was poor from day 1. I had to chase them several times before delivery, after “missing my emails”. Chair had issues and was faulty in several areas as well as not to size. They sent out someone to collect the return, who turned up at my property unannounced (without any arrangement) twice! Delivery driver said that the model delivered had known issues at the factory, where the headset was manufactured backwards.

   I purchased an electric actiforce standing desk from Online Ergonomics and I have been really impressed. Firstly, Online Ergonomics were efficient and communication for my order was very clear. The man who delivered and installed it didn't take very long, and explained how to use it, as well as best heights for sitting and standing comfortably. The desk itself is superb and very steady. Really impressed how steady it is at full standing height too. I'm not sure how high it goes, but i'm 6ft and it goes much higher than I need! All in all a great purchase and company!

   Very disappointed with the customer service. I was emailed 4 weeks ago to tell me that they were receiving my desk that week and they would be in contact shortly to arrange delivery for the following week. The next week I removed my old desk ready to have the new one fitted. I called to chase the order today and all the items were in stock and ready to go. When I challenged as to why they had call me, I was told they wait to be chased.....And delivery would be a further week. This is not how to run customer service. I explained that I have joint issues and working on the sofa is killing me and this hasn't changed their urgency to deliver this item even though they have sat on it for a while. Shocking!
