   I completely like co-op near the tramways on stratbroke road. Most of the staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful. And I couldn't wish for a better down to earth fantastic store however there is one staff that sometimes likes to throw the money in my hand when I pay at the tills. and sometimes not always polite.i don't know if this staff had a off day . All I can say is if any staff has an off day is best try not to show it and take it out on the customer's it can come across as very uncomfortable.and may put customers of on coming back and it goes to us customer's to we understand that staff may have an off day we all do and the staff is in their rights to not to serve customers that can be rude .but not all customers are rarely rude.we just like to say hello shop and go . But I completely like this store of co-op and will continue to shop at co-op I just hope that this continues to happen .and it is just a tiny mistake and we all make mistakes .the important's of this that to learn by the mistakes.and being friendly and polite would help customer's to come back to the store.

   I went in to the co-op off Stradbroke Road Pakfield today 17/07/22. On my way in one of the staff was vaping outside. I was down one of the Isles looking for a item. I heard a man at the counter who made a comment about the girl that was vaping outside, he said she looks like she is sending smoke signals like the indians. The girl behind the counter wasnt sure what he meant, and said you can't say that, so he responded why, that's what they do send smoke signals. I am Indian and found this quite insulting. The girl that was vaping found this hilarious. I got to the counter and said to the girl behind the counter he was a very nice man not!!! Then said to the vaping girl glad you found it funny. In my opinion the staff should not have condoled his behaviour. Very upset and disappointed. Will not feel comfortable shopping there again. Maybe the staff need some customer care training.

   Hi, Ive just started to use YODEL DIRECT, the first 2 times i went to send a parcel at this coop, the lady said i didn't get a receipt and that i needed to take a photo of the package with the label on, which i didn't think was right, but i thought okay she must know what she's doing, so when it happened again with the same lady i didn't question it, Today i was served by a different lady who wanted my email address so i asked why? and she said we will send your receipt to you, so i told her about the past 2 times about the other lady and how she'd done it, i asked am i covered for my last 2 parcels that were sent with them ? and she just gave me a look that said, I DON'T THINK SO, there was no verbal answer to that question, so let's hope my parcels don't get lost, i forgot to say that the lady in the queue in front of me was also using yodel direct and she too was told she didn't get a receipt. I said to the shop assistant that she needed to tell the other lady how to do Yodel Direct correctly, and she assured me that she would be told, lets hope she will be. I NEVER write reviews but they are dealing with peoples money here, and they really need to get it right.

   Nice well-stocked store with really helpful staff. Good selection of groceries, frozen foods, toiletries, magazines and plenty more. The store is well laid out making it easy to find what you need. There are staff on the shop floor should you need their help. My favourite section is the bakery where there is a good selection of bread, pastries, croissants etc.
