   Love TK Maxx shops but the staff in the Lowestoft store, not so much. Purchased a few items which a young girl dealt with. I then told her I had an item to collect. She asked her colleague and he said she'd need to set up one of the click and collect hand held sets. I had my barcode ready. Stood for about 5-10 minutes, someone else came over and went and got the parcel, 2 of them couldn't sort a machine out. In the end they checked my id and gave me my parcel. Not one apology for having been stood there for 15-20 mins. Thank God it wasn't that busy.

   Was in your store yesterday had three returns,the young guy on the till was so helpful and polite,refunded all three items,I then proceeded to buy bedding gym top etc,the next guy on the till tall with longish hair was also very friendly and polite,the stuff in your store at the minute is lovely,I’ll be back. Thanks

   Perfect place for nice chav clothing, I never seen so much bad taste brand name clothing it's wall to wall with yak. If you want something to impress fellow oiks they have it all and someone tried to pick my pocket it's full of Gt Yarmouth finest hooded scum.

   I love this TKMax. Some I've been to, have no organisation and its rather like a jumble sale. This store however has things displayed well and its organised. One of the best TKMax I have been too. Staff were constantly tidying the stock, after lazy customers pick things up and put back anywhere. I found the staff helpful and friendly, and got a couple of extra Christmas presents which were a bargain.
