“Staff could not have been more helpful, went with large haul of exchange items, young women, staff member named Kelly MC Alex, did what would have taken me an hour, as I didn't know the store took her 15 minutes. Then she did everything at the till. All before 9am. Hats off to M+S Lowestoft staff.”
