   I called in to the Next store in Lowestoft on Saturday for a general browse. I was greeted by a young store assistant, Gabrielle, who took time to ask if I needed help, she then carried on offering advice, getting information and suggesting many things to help me. A very positive visit to the store. Thank you

   Ridiculous collection procedure. It's snow and ice, I ring the bell and wait 5-10 minutes. What else do they have to do?! Miss Jobsworth informs me that I must wear a mask, despite me being outdoors and her wearing a mask, a visor and being 3-4 metres away with a huge table between us. NO signs insisting of a mask because...the customers are OUTSIDE. No law demanding it. Won't use NEXT again.

   The shop itself was fine, clean and tidy but when questioned about a single item I was after the member of staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered to check properly, and apparently they could tell from memory alone that "all stock was out on the shelves". It's a shame really because I use this shop often, and this is the first time I've had any kind of a problem. Hence only 4 stars this time.
