“Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

“Fantastic customer service! I needed to make an online return and went into the Bedford store, at the till I was helped by Syeda - who was great. She explained the process and was so helpful. I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres. Thank you Syeda and Debbie and to New Look for remaining in Bedford town centre. Great retail experience and retailer! Thank You!”

“I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”
