I want to give a huge thank you to Kadijah at Primark for her outstanding customer service. I was looking for a Stitch pyjama set and couldn’t quite manage on my own. As someone who is disabled, I really appreciate when staff take the time to be patient and supportive and Kadijah did exactly that. She went out of her way to help me search for the set, checked different areas, and never made me feel rushed. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference to my visit. Kadijah truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful. She turned what could have been a difficult shopping trip into a really positive experience. Thank you, Kadijah!
Just want to clarify a disgrace I witnessed today: I visited today and im honestly disgusted in the service. We was waiting in the queue and could hear a server who was completely appalling. The lady wears a glove and has glasses with very short hair who was in the middle till Monday morning around 9:40-10. The way she spoke to a customer is absolutely shocking just because she wasn’t from English speaking she thought she could say what she wanted. ‘I don’t understand your language, Speak English’ Speaking about this lady to another colleague like ‘if she spoke English it would be quicker’ ‘she should be able to tell me what she wants (exchange, refund etc if she’s in this country’ Asking if anyone in the queue speaks her language as she wants to get her to go. Which again is disgraceful behaviour . I want to hear from the general manger as I am appalled if this is how you are allowing your staff to act as I will be taking this further if this isn’t correctly handled.
Went here a couple of days ago and I was served by Miracle she was patient answered my questions and was happy to help further if I needed more support. Well done Miracle. You made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Keep it up.
It’s an OK Primark, I just wish they were better organised into sections like t-shirts, jeans, etc It just all feels like a bit of a shambles… but I’ve been in worse
Had a good selection of kids and adult cloths for those on a budget. Perfect for wardrobe staples that everyone needs. Tills were busy but kept us moving. Keep your receipt handy for exit
Lovely stuff for younger smaller built females, but larger sizes available which was great. Lots of snuggly items for keeping warm, in lovely colours and patterns. A lot of lovely underwear for old and young age groups.
Nice store, easily navigated. Cothes split over two floors with escalators and lifts. Self service checkouts are quick and easy.

Also the customer service is pretty good and the environment is just clean. You also get all types of clothing that you want from men to women to children to babies.
