Both members of staff that helped us were excellent big shout out to vicky for her excellent customer service! As first time parents we didn’t know what to expect but were given a warm greeting and helped every step of the process. Can not give you guys enough props
I visited the showroom today and had such a great experience, was able to try out lots of different prams and car seats and see which one i liked best, both Solomon and the lady on the desk were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond and even though the store was busy they made sure everyone was being seen to. I was even able to try out 2 prams to see if they fitted in my small car boot, Highly recommend visiting and buying from this independent business, thank you so much and i really appreciate the complimentary blanket and bag :)
Solomon (manager) was extremely helpful in helping us pick the right pram for our baby. He was extremely honest, by actually suggesting the less expensive buggy we were looking at and he was more than happy to show us how everything worked! I’d highly recommend buying from him!
Lovely place and nice to be able to test out all the different travel systems. We brought an ex display one that they offered to clean and deliver for us. However we decided to take away on the same day. Knowledgable and kind people who were welcoming. Even had a little section for our 4 year old to play so he wouldn’t get board while shopping. Bigger than the pictures shown online. Highly recommend.
This was our first shopping trip to look at baby items so we were a little overwhelmed to start with but the team at Lilycuddles were amazing! All of the staff were on hand to help you with any questions and to demo the items. We left feeling more knowledgeable thanks to the team.
We have been back and fore trying to decide on a travel system for my daughter . They have been amazing, the customer service has been fantastic . Friendly, patient and knowledgable. With a wide array of nursery items too . Thoroughly recommend . Worth a visit

I highly recommend this store. The customer service was great. They were very friendly and demonstrated all of the products we viewed that day which made for an easier decision on the travel system we got. The wait time from ordering to it arriving at the store was not that long either.
Beautiful store and has great customer service, the team is amazing. They gave me a lot of time and help us with making the decisions for our pushchair.
