   Always lots of lovely things at good prices.Today there was a good selection in beauty products and in baby clothes section .This is my second visit and I will definitely be back.I did have to queue but all the tills were manned and I was soon served by a very nice member of staff which is always good .

   I recently had a very disturbing experience at this store. One of the employees showed a clear lack of customer service skills and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the store manager, Debbie. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, Debbie immediately defended the staff without taking the time to listen to my concerns. Her reaction showed a surprising lack of maturity and empathy for a customer who was simply trying to resolve a problem. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to handle the complaint properly were extremely disappointing. I truly hope the company provides better leadership training, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding.

   Fantastic Shopping Experience at TK Maxx Northampton! I recently visited TK Maxx in Northampton and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, maintaining a well-organized and tidy store layout. I found some great designer items at a fraction of the usual cost. The changing rooms and checkout area were clean and efficient. Whether you're hunting for stylish clothes, trendy accessories, or unique décor, this TK Maxx location is a treasure trove. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for value and variety in one place!

   I honestly don’t understand why TK Maxx has 8 tills when only 1–2 are ever open, even with 10+ customers waiting to be served. It’s incredibly frustrating standing in a queue for 15 minutes or more just to buy something. The tills that are open take ages to process each customer, which only makes the wait worse. What makes it even more annoying is seeing plenty of staff on the shop floor seemingly doing nothing while customers are stuck waiting. A bit of better management and opening more tills would make the whole shopping experience so much smoother. At the moment, the checkout process really lets the store down.

   I visited this shop about a week ago and had such a great experience! The gorgeous worker with the high bun was absolutely amazing and super helpful and genuinely kind. Everytime I come to tk maxx she is always on the till and is so friendly, always smiling, and even folded my clothes beautifully, which I really appreciated. The customer service overall was fantastic and made the whole visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   One of many clothing outlets I like to shop at in the town city. Loads to choose from but be prepared to have a good rumble to find some decent garments and other gems in this store. Lots of hashing items together so not for the faint hearted. Still a great place to shop never the less_ kg1 production
