It is a nightmare to get in touch, automated line puts the phone down on you. laughable in the 21st century. Sad to see a possibly good company having ZERO customer services
Raced to argos at 7:50 to retrieve my bargain of an RC car, and despite being the last customer at 7:59pm, the lady at the front desk was still welcoming and kind. 10/10 service, very pleased.
Absolutely terrible stood in a queue for 15 minutes. The sales system just disappeared on the telephone. Meanwhile people will be served before me that were coming a long time after me after 15 minutes I decided to give up and walk out. Won’t be shocking in there again, absolutely rude staff don’t even try to answer your questions or be fair with the queueing system.
Had a great experience shopping from Argos this time. The staff over there were so friendly and kind. They kindly responded to my queries and proactively involved in getting the product I was looking for. Thank you.
Unnecessarily big inside and very bare. Ordered online and quick wait time to collect. Ok but wouldn’t rush back. 2 hours free parking outside but easier to pick up at the Argos inside the Sainsbury’s at Sixfields.
Compared to sixfields, the customer service at this location is not up to scratch. You can learn something from the other location such as respect, manners and a friendly face … :-)
I ordered a waredrobe from them and firstly I received 2 wrong packages which have been replaced same day and secondly, the waredrobe had a wrong item inside. I asked them to replace it and they said it will take 4 days. But obviously after 2 hours of work, I couldn’t just leave half of the waredrobe in the middle of the room waiting for them to send the replacement.
Nice friendly staff, should put a cafe in there coz it looks a little empty
