   Called in yesterday midday when the sale had started and although it was very busy it was well organised and considering the size of the queue we got served in good time.We did manage to get some bargains as well.Quite a big store as well so a good place to go for choice as well as it's got ladies..mens and a childrens section plus the home wear all well stocked .Staff were very pleasant as well .I just wish we still had a shop in the town.

   Tried to follow my wife through the store, I'm sure that if they had a visit from the fire service there would be a problem as there is no clear exit route with all the clothes racks seemingly arranged to halt your exit. The saving grace is the Costa up stairs, which seems to have clear access. But we found what we went for and had a cup of coffee.

   Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! ( October 2023 )

   Have no complaints about the actual store but the windows have not been cleaned in months which is more noticeable in Costa while enjoying our coffee.we always try & sit near the window & l would like your feed back on this problem because it seems as if some TLC is needed as soon as possible Elaine Turner

   Popped in this evening as I had a rare child free hour and was so disappointed with the customer service i received. The fitting rooms were closed so I asked a member of staff if it was possible to try some items on,she then looked to another colleague, who looked over to another lady who told me it was so they could tidy the rails. I don't have the time or childcare to buy everything I wanted to try on and then return another day. Bearing in mind there were more staff than customers it was such a shame they found tidying up more of a priority than serving customers.

   Very disappointed with NEXT 50 % sale. There was no discount added to any of the items and billed more than the printed price too.£24 pounds shirts billed for £ 28 and £25 kids were billed £28. Total purchase was £190.10. Ms Jade asked me to pay 10 p for bag even I asked her to take it off because she doesn't got change and she need to scall all the items again.really rude and unprofessional behave. I got 10 p from car after left my 1 year old baby with parents in the shop.
