Come in here quite a few times to collect my online orders instead now. Every time I go upstairs to the collection point there is no staff around and this time a member saw me standing there and just pretended not to see me so I had to tell her to serve me.
I know they are moving but stock has been the same for so long I feel I almost can rattle off the prices. Much of it old stock from previous seasons just brought out of storage at last year's prices. The security guard, which apparently he is, seems to spend much of his time vaping by one of the entrances chatting to his friends. I can tell if he's actually on a break, he moves 20 feet away from the store. The self serve check out is interesting. Is it the aim to not have customers relate to staff at all? I'm ok with them but older people are not
Cameron was absolutely amazing, his vibe, his positivity and his empathy have absolutely amazed me, congrats H&M for hiring him, he deserves a promotion for his attitude ! Extremely customer oriented, knows where everything is, knows his stuff, love Cameron ! ❤️
Lovely place to get my emotions child shirts. But recently a hoard of emo girls have been buying out all her sizes. When I tried to pick a shirt up they snatched it of me and called me a poser. I asked the manager to have them removed but they ignored me! J shall be going to the one in corby from nowon
Great store in a very central location. The staff proved to be highly qualified and helpful with all my requests. I will absolutely return to this store for future purchases.
Great place to shop for pre teens/teen girls -daughter loves it. Great selection of clothes,and staff who are always friendly and helpful. Love their recycling of clothes -take in a bag and get £5 off a £25 spend ...great for ever growing kids!!
Tiny mens area, often poor stock. Better buying online if looking for mens. A quarter of the mens area is dedicated to stupid branded items too.
A pleasant consumer experience. Nice clothes, reasonably priced in a nice setting. Helpful staff.
