“We travelled nearly an hour from home to get to the store near Towcester. We were happy to travel to go somewhere with knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to see a range of car seats. We had a bit of a niche situation as we have a reverse facing toddler in the middle seat (and still need access to them), while wanting to buy car seats for 15 month old twins who would sit on either side. The staff were amazing and knew exactly what would (and what wouldn’t) work for us. They took a seat outside to try in our car to test access to the middle seat. They were so helpful and had seats in stock so we were able to drive away with 2 BeSafe Beyonds, one of which they fitted for us (we chose to do the other one ourselves later). Cannot praise highly enough.”

“Plenty of parking outside. Open at the weekends. A medium sized store selling outdoor equipment, from furniture to fire pits, hot tubs ( including installation ) and a camping section. I find the prices to be more than reasonable in this store and they currently have a sale on. Outdoor clothing available too. Basically anything Outdoor and this is your store. Definitely worth a visit!! ( Cafe and toilets available within a 3 minute walk in shopping complex ... )”

“With no luck in another Office shop ( with no intention to help), I traveled to Northampton hoping for better luck. There wasn't what I needed in this shop either but fortunately there was Mathias, who without any fuss sorted everything out in no time and my daughter' s shoes are coming tomorrow. “After going in to three other shops at Rushden Lakes and left feeling deflated, overwhelmed and full of anxiety and ready to go home I went in to RI, I must admit have not been in here for 20 years as sizes were always small. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special.
