   Went to a few stores and could not seem to find any decent sunglasses. Tried next, M&S, H&M and Frasers. Young lad behind the counter noticed I was looking and asked me what kind of sun glasses I was looking for. He offered to go into the back and find me a pair that matched my description. A few minutes later he comes out with a pair which I ended up purchasing. Exactly what I was looking for. I wish every store had an employee like this, someone who goes above and beyond even for the little things. He noticed me walking around and asked me if I needed any more assistance as well Safe to say I’ll be returning to River island before the other stores at Rushden. The only store I entered that day where help was provided. I didn’t get your name but if you see this, thank you!

   After going in to three other shops at Rushden Lakes and left feeling deflated, overwhelmed and full of anxiety and ready to go home I went in to RI, I must admit have not been in here for 20 years as sizes were always small. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. I can't thank Lacey and Courtney enough for your kindness, honesty, patience and making me feel amazing. Thank you both so much. You're a credit to the store. Keep being you xx Will not leave it quite so long before I re visit.

   Terrible experience at River Island Rushden Lakes!!!! Very arrogant and patronising staff!! Absolutely not going into that store again!! Been a customer for many years and it’s typically my favourite shop but omg so disappointing… Don’t dare do a refund there as you will be treated as the lowest of the society even if I had a receipt, I had about 4 members of staff around me . Shocking!!

   My 13 year old daughter loves this shop, it always costs me money when I come in here, she has now out grown the kids department, but I think she is just mainly there for the bags. Now if they sold one big enough for school books that would be good

   Always been a fan of River Island, originating from Chelsea Girl all those years ago. This store at Rushden Lakes is now Studios, one of a few just launched under this unique shopping experience and product range. Love it and the concept of a "unique to you" feeling, plus they have not inflated prices in my mind to match the unique experience. On the day we went there was Xmas wrapping free, very nice and expertly done and saved me a job for the wife's chrissy prezzy. They still had a reduced rail in the men's which I always like a browse through and end up buying something.

   First time visiting this store since the pandemic began, and very happy with the amount of people they were allowing in, and the cleanliness of the changing rooms. Good stock levels too, I was able to find what I needed in my size, and all staff were friendly.
