“Absolutely amazing service. Went into the store to look at the jackets and was assisted by the store manager, Jane, who helped decide what was the correct size for me. Felt very comfortable trying on different sizes and was not rushed or pressured into making a decision! Was also provided information about the product and ended up leaving with my first ever Barbour jacket. Would definitely recommend store to others. A big thanks again to Jane for all her help!”

Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. “I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”

“I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

“The staff were super friendly and worked really hard to find some shoes that fitted the kids well and they liked. Unfortunately the selection as the kids get older is quite limited and they didn't have many in the wider fittings. The staff member who served us was brilliant though”
