Felt very comfortable trying on different sizes and was not rushed or pressured into making a decision! Was also provided information about the product and ended up leaving with my first ever Barbour jacket. Would definitely recommend store to others. A big thanks again to Jane for all her help!”

A member of staff called reuben help us pick out a suit and I can honestly say I've never had such exceptional customer service. Ruben was really patient as it took a while to find the right size and really went out of his way to help my boyfriend find a perfect fit for his suit.he was friendly professional and just fantastic. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. “I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”

“I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”
